OUR CLUB -- FUN, FITNESS, FRIENDSHIP
The Rose City Roamers is one of Oregon's award winning volkssporting clubs that is dedicated to providing several hosted, guided, and year round walking events for your recreation and fitness pleasure.
The Rose City Roamers are associated with the American Volkssport Association, and all our walking events are AVA sanctioned. As with most AVA events, everyone is welcome to participate. We offer year round walks in North, Northeast, Southwest, and Southeast Portland in addition to one walk in Clackamas. Please check out our Year Round Event (YRE) section as we have changed several routes for 2010 that will take you to new or interesting sites.

Meetings
General Meetings for the entire membership are held on the first Tuesday of the months of February, April, June, September, and November. The November meeting is also our Annual Meeting whereby we elect officers, approve the budget and transact other club business.
General Meetings are currently being held in the Portland Adventist Medical Center, Education A, lower level meeting space. This will be our regular meeting room for 2010.
